Is there a limit on how many photos I can store?

Your library holds up to 1,000 images. If you reach that limit, generation keeps working normally and you still receive your image to download — it simply is not added to your library until you delete some older images to make room. Nothing you have already saved is ever removed automatically.

MithoLens uses a pay-as-you-go credit system — no subscriptions. Credits cost $1.00 AUD each at standard rate, with discounts for bulk purchases (10% off 100–199 credits; 15% off 200+ credits). New accounts receive 20 free credits.

Generation costs depend on the resolution you choose: 2K costs 5 credits and 4K costs 7 credits. Re-generating the same image uses fewer credits: 2 cr (2K) or 4 cr (4K).

No. Purchased credits do not expire while your account remains active. Use them whenever you need them.

What happens if a generation fails, or I do not like the result?

You are not charged for a failed generation. For photos, credits are only deducted once an image has been successfully produced, so a failure never reaches your balance. For flyers, credits are reserved when the job starts and any size that fails to generate is refunded automatically — if the whole job fails, the entire reservation comes back. If the generation worked but you would like a different look, re-generating the same image costs less than the first attempt: 2 credits (2K) or 4 credits (4K). You can try different backgrounds and settings without paying full price each time.

How many credits does a flyer cost?

A flyer costs 8 credits, which includes two sizes of your choice. Each additional size is 1 more credit — so the same promotion generated in five sizes costs 11 credits. Any size that fails to generate is refunded automatically.

Who owns the generated images?

Accepted Answer

You keep full ownership of the original photographs you upload. For the AI-generated outputs: we claim no rights over them, we place no restrictions on commercial use, and we never use your images ourselves. They are yours to use across menus, websites, social media, print materials, and food delivery platforms.

Can I use the images on Uber Eats, DoorDash, or similar apps?

Yes — there are two separate things at play here. From our side, nothing in our terms restricts where you publish: your licence covers commercial use on any platform. From the platform's side, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and similar apps each set their own image standards and AI-content rules, which apply independently of our terms, so it is worth checking the current policy of any platform you publish to. We recommend 2K or 4K resolution for the best quality on these apps.

There are 53 promotion types built in, covering what food businesses actually run: happy hour, breakfast and lunch specials, meal combos, buy-one-get-one, kids eat free, student and senior discounts, trivia and live music nights, bottomless brunch, steak and seafood nights, Christmas and Valentine's menus, grand openings, new menu launches, loyalty cards, catering and function enquiries, flash sales, and more. Pick the one that fits and the Studio suggests a headline, a layout, and the sizes that suit that kind of promotion.

Can I add my own prices, dates, and logo?

Yes. You write your own headline and call to action — or start from one of our suggestions — and fill in the details that apply to your offer, including prices, start and end dates, and time windows for deals like happy hour that only run for a few hours. Your logo, brand colours, and font are saved once in your Brand Kit and applied to every flyer you generate, so your promotions stay consistent with the rest of your venue.

Can I edit the text after the flyer is generated?

Not directly — the wording is rendered into the image itself, so there is no separate text layer to edit afterwards. Your details stay filled in, so you can change a line and generate again. That counts as a new generation and uses credits, so it is worth checking your spelling, prices, and dates before you generate.

Yes. Alongside the social formats you can generate print layouts: A3, A4, A5, and A6, plus table tents, sandwich boards, window posters, counter flyers, menu cards, postcards, loyalty cards, and business-card-size handouts. Files download as PNGs, sized for in-house and everyday printing. For a large-format commercial print run, check the file against your printer's requirements first.

For Instagram or Facebook posts, choose 1:1 (square). For Instagram or Facebook Stories, Reels, or TikTok, choose 9:16 (tall, fills the screen). Most promotions need more than one — pick every size you want up front and they are all generated in a single run, so the same offer looks deliberate everywhere a customer meets it.
